Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Agreement Upon Purchase

By placing an order on our website (www.novanovus.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

All purchases made through our website are subject to these terms without exception.


Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, wear, or washing are not eligible for return.


Return Requests

To request a return, please contact us at info@novanovus.com or through our Contact Form within the 30-day window.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • A tracked shipment is mandatory
  • The customer bears full responsibility and risk until the return is delivered
  • Returns sent without tracking will not be accepted


Return Address

The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved. Returns sent to any address other than the one we provide will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned items have been received and inspected
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are non-refundable
  • Any customs duties or import fees charged by the return destination country must also be paid by the customer
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 21 business days after inspection
  • Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • No return is required
  • A free replacement will be issued after verification
  • Photo or video proof is required


Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable contact information, or uncollected parcels, we are not responsible for the failed delivery. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that such packages are typically not returned to us and may be disposed of by local carriers.
  • If your parcel is returned to our warehouse, we can arrange reshipment once the correct address and additional shipping costs (if any) are confirmed.


Exchanges

We can offer exchanges in certain cases, subject to product availability and approval.

All exchange requests are handled at our discretion, and we reserve the right to limit the number or type of items that can be exchanged.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Items returned without tracking
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items — since these are made specifically for you, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds for them.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us at info@novanovus.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.

Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellation requests cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • The order has already been shipped or is in transit
  • The order was returned to our warehouse due to incomplete address or contact details (in this case, a replacement may be arranged)
  • Delivery failed due to uncollected packages or unreachable contact information resulting in the parcel being held or discarded by the local carrier
  • If additional information or confirmation is requested from you and we do not receive a response in time, the order will proceed automatically and cannot be canceled.
    We are not responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incomplete or missing customer information.


International Orders & Customs

Usually, our customers are not charged additional taxes or import fees.

However, some countries may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and in such cases, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note:

  • If customs charges are refused or left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, the order will be considered non-refundable.
  • Any shipping or return costs resulting from customs refusal will not be covered or reimbursed.
  • In the event of tax refusal, failed delivery, or incorrect address, your local shipping company may discard the package, and we will not be able to offer a refund, as the item will not return to us.
  • Customers are required to pay all return shipping and handling fees before we can re-ship an order or process further requests.


European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned items


Final Provisions

All returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled strictly according to this policy.

This policy applies equally to all international customers.

We reserve the right to refuse any return, refund, exchange, or cancellation request that does not comply with these terms.
